When a customer submits an order through a Maker's Sweet Queue storefront, their information (name, email, phone, order details) is stored and made available to that Maker. Customers should be aware that their information is shared with the business they are ordering from. Sweet Queue does not use customer order data for marketing purposes.
Customers acknowledge that Sweet Queue is a platform provider only and is not responsible for how individual Makers handle or use customer data. Customers are encouraged to review the Maker's individual privacy practices before submitting personal information.
Makers who collect customer data through Sweet Queue storefronts are independently responsible for complying with all applicable privacy and data protection laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and any other applicable regulations.
Sweet Queue is not responsible for a Maker's handling, storage, or use of customer data. Makers must not use customer data for any purpose beyond fulfilling orders and communicating with customers about their orders.
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, regulatory, or enforcement purposes.
Notwithstanding the above, Sweet Queue reserves the right to retain the following data indefinitely:
Banned accounts and associated email addresses may be permanently blacklisted to prevent re-registration.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and secure data storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Sweet Queue is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. Makers must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and operate a storefront. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly and may suspend the associated account.

Sweet Queue's decisions regarding account suspension, termination, content removal, or data retention are final and made at Sweet Queue's sole discretion. Sweet Queue shall not be liable for any loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from account suspension or termination, regardless of the reason.
